Sam's Coolkies is a plant-based adaptogenic foods company. Every one of vegan cookies is paired with an "adaptogen," for optimal health benefits. Adaptogens by definition are herbs, roots, and other plant substances (like mushrooms) that can help our bodies manage stress. Our first three flavors are: Dark Chocolate Chip, Matcha, and Carmelised Walnut, with more coming soon!

We work on a monthly "cookie drop" basis, meaning that we do all of our baking on Tuesdays and send out or cookies fresh every Tuesday. We aim to have London based deliveries arrive on Wednesdays, and outside London deliveries to arrive on Thursdays. As we are a small team, if there are any delays for unforeseen reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Store in an air-tight container for up to 12 days. You can also freeze Sam's Coolkies to make it last even longer (3 months) but we recommend that you thaw your Sam's Coolkies completely before eating.

Unfortunately our cookies can only be shipped within the United Kingdom at the moment.

We can cancel your oder within 4 hours of placing it, but beyond that, it's out of our hands and your order will be shipped as is.

Yikes! We are beyond sorry for that - if you can send an email to sam@samscoolkies.co.uk explaining what went wrong (and any imagery), that would be helpful and we'd love to rectify the situation asap.

We can add a promo code to your order within 24 hours of placing it, but beyond that, it's out of our hands and your order will be shipped as is.

We can make changes to your order anytime before Tuesdays at 9:00am. We'll just send you a payment link via email to complete, and it will need to be paid before Tuesday at 9am.

Unfortunately no! Once you receive an email that an order is out for delivery, we are unable to make any changes to your order timing or delivery.

All Sam's Coolkies products contain no dairy, eggs, or gluten. However, all our products are made with almonds and are manufactured in a shared commercial kitchen space that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

While the majority of our products are organic, some are not - we prioritise simple, high-quality ingredients, without added fillers & preservatives. If these ingredients were also organic, our price points and products would be much less accessible and affordable for our customers.
